The Villa

This fully-staffed luxury oceanfront villa boasts a sprawling 14,000 square of feet of seamless indoor and outdoor living. Stretching across three storeys, La Mer Villa South is decorated with subtle tones and luxurious textiles which summon calm and relaxation. The elegant coastal feel is amplified with high vaulted ceilings inviting in the gentle tradewinds. Expansive glass sliding doors reveal uninterrupted ocean views as guests are surrounded with hues of blue stretching as far as the eye can see.

No detail has been spared with La Mer Villa South’s superlative list of amenities. With over 9,000 square feet of indoor space, La Mer Villa South houses 9 bedrooms and 8 and 2 half bathrooms.

Enter to the second level great room housing the open kitchen, dining and living areas, seamlessly extending onto waterfront terraces overlooking Sapodilla Bay. An accessible entrance is available via a ramp on the ground level and elevator access to the second floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with top end appliances for chef and butler service including Wolf ovens and cooktops, Monogram wine reserve, Subzero refrigerators and freezers, luxury dinnerware, flatware and glassware.

The living room features contemporary furniture with large wrap around sofa and luxurious textiles. Stairs lead up to the third storey mezzanine housing a games area with pool table and games. Tucked on the first level is the in-home theatre with 82” smart tv, surround sound and oversized sofa.

Features & Amenities

Opulent indoor living is complemented by 5,000 square feet of spectacular outdoor terraces, lush landscaped gardens and private docks with over-the-water hammocks. Al fresco terrace dining is arranged on the second floor for guests to enjoy meals overlooking the ocean. Adjacent to the kitchen is a barbecue pavilion fitted with top of the line Wolf and Monogram appliances and service access windows from the kitchen. Steps lead down to the 500 square foot negative edge infinity pool with sunbeds and lounge areas arranged alongside. The villa grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical gardens and native flora. Local stone pathways wind down to the water’s edge, revealing your private dock with over-the-water hammock, inviting you to suspend in bliss above the crystal clear waters of Sapodilla Bay.

Sonos music is wired throughout the villa and outdoor areas so guests can enjoy their favourite music. The villa is centrally air conditioned throughout including kitchen and living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, in-home theatre and games area. The grounds are gated with code access. Bedrooms

Bedrooms at La Mer South are located across three levels: sea and garden level, pool level and the main level, and accessible by stairs or elevator.

All bedrooms comprise of standard luxury amenities. They include en-suite bathroom with shower and luxury toiletries, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen televisions and wireless Sonos audio.  Bedrooms 8 and 9 are exceptions with a shared bathroom.

Both Master Bedrooms 1 and 2 at La Mer Villa South feature king beds, double vanity sinks and Master Bedroom 1 has sweeping views of Sapodilla Bay. Bedrooms 3, 4, 6 and 7 all have king beds. Bedroom is the children’s bunkhouse with three bunk beds and two twin beds to accommodate up to 6 children. Sofa beds in Master 1, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 convert into queens to accommodate large parties up to 24.
