Built on three levels, this property is one of the most appreciated for its magical sunsets, as well as for being close to all amenities. This luxurious and contemporary villa combines beautiful materials, a refined decoration and comfortable furniture with the fine style carried by the movie icons displayed on the walls. On the main level, the magnificent air-conditioned living room is composed of white sofas, benches and armchairs with turquoise-colored cushions, driftwood and coral hints.
The spacious dining room can accommodate up to ten guests around a table and white armchairs under elegant hanging lights. At the back, the well-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast around the central island, or to call upon a private chef. The panoramic view is stunning in the quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
On the terrace, you’ll marvel at the wooden deck with its long-heated infinity swimming pool flowing into a second pool located below. The deck chairs and outdoor lounges are ideally set up in front of the splendid view over the bay of Lorient. Two sheltered outdoor dining areas are also available for dining alfresco facing the ocean.
The luxury villa Avenstar is the ideal place for an exclusive vacation with family or friends, with five comfortable bedrooms equipped with utmost comfort. Each room has a king size bed (two double beds in one room) and an en-suite bathroom, including one with indoor and outdoor showers. One of the rooms is located on the upper floor, a very private place to rest. Another one is on the main level near the living room, and the last three bedrooms are located on the lower level.
