Welcome to Zorba Tulum, our exclusive collection of holiday homes located on the beautiful beaches of Tulum, Mexico.
Overview
We offer boutique style homes for couples, families and groups of friends. Our houses share a large naturally landscaped property with a communal pool (guests only). Our Villas vary in size from a 2BR Penthouse to a 5BR Villa with a private swimming pool. All our houses are located on the beach at KM9, in the heart of Tulum.
We are in an area that is off grid. We are not connected to municipal services. There is electricity for all your needs, but living off grid requires special attention. Some things will be different than you are used to, but this lends to Tulum’s unique charm. All our homes include kitchens. Each home is fully furnished with towels, bed linen and beach towels provided. Your stay includes daily cleaning (except Sundays), gardener, and a manager so you can fully relax from the moment you arrive. We have a friendly staff to welcome you and assist you during your stay. Professional chef services and massage are available upon request.
All our houses are located directly on the beach. The beaches of Tulum are natural, unique and offer an incredible atmosphere to relax and appreciate the beauty that surrounds them. If you are looking for various activities during your trip, our homes are close to wonderful handicraft boutiques, authentic and innovative restaurants and countless small bars and cafes that make Tulum such a stunning destination. All you need to do is bring your curiosity as there is an incredible world to discover here.
We would love to host your wedding, retreat, or special event! The natural landscape of Zorba Tulum and the stunning white sand beach create an ideal space for ceremonies, celebrations, retreats, and gatherings.

Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
