Overview
Our hacienda, made in a u-shape modern design, is made for you to feel at home. All rooms have a private entrance, a full private bathrooms, 5 of them have individual pools. Our common areas count a 15 meter pool, a fire pit, a yoga room, a full gym (cardio and weights), an open outdoor kitchen, and a very large garden for your events and gatherings.
Hacienda 21 has been built in the true spirit of Tulum. Luxury by design, natural materials, large green spaces. Find balance and harmony so you can share, create and enjoy. Eat healthy, relax your mind, work out… all the options are there for you to enjoy. Each room has individual access, AC, private bathrooms, and a private terrace. The open fireplace can be used daily to gather, relax and enjoy a quiet relaxing evening after your sunny days. Our sound system allows you to put on your favorite music via Bluetooth while chilling around the pool or the open kitchen.
We also have partnership with several beach clubs so you can easily access some of the best locations.

Villa Notes
The villa has a washer & dryer – for the staff use only
Housekeeping can help with your laundry – there is not a fee, except for gratuities if there are multiple loads in the day
Please keep in mind, the housekeepers are assisting the guests with their laundry as a courtesy to help keep the clothes clean of small loads
If you are looking for a real laundry service, the staff can take it to a laundry place and do it for them and that would imply an additional cost.

Hacienda 21 is not responsible for any accidents, loss theft, or damage of any valuable belongings. We ask adults to watch their children at all times while using the pool. Kids are not allowed within the gym room.
We ask that our guests check all windows and doors are locked when they leave the room for both security and extreme weather
Hacienda 21 or the owner will not be held responsible in case of a municipal shortage of electricity or water
Lost Keys & key chains will be charged at $50 USD per key set
**Please note that many properties in the Riviera Maya use septic systems, which cannot efficiently process toilet paper. To avoid blockages and maintain proper function, we kindly ask that all toilet paper be disposed of in the provided lidded trash cans, which are emptied regularly by our cleaning staff.
