The property sits in the resort of Encosta do Lago which has a fantastic communal pool area and tennis courts available for your use free of charge.
The villa boasts a lovely outdoor pool as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath and for those wanting to be a little more active the villa also has very well equipped gym. The exterior of this villa is every bit as impressive as the interior with luxury sun loungers and a choice of dining or relaxation spots to enjoy - depending on where the sun is shining!

A local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking
