The interiors are split across three levels interconnected by an easy internal staircase. On the ground floor is a super-equipped kitchen and extensive living area with large full-height windows, opening out onto the terraces, garden and swimming pool. On the first floor is the sleeping area with each of the three bedrooms having a patio and private bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, rather, there is a fourth bedroom, again with en-suite with shower, along with an exclusive wellness area with a roomy hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and fitness area. The fully air-conditioned residence is equipped with only the best comforts: Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, espresso machine and American coffee maker, wine cellar, ice machine, barbecue area and private parking.
Yet, Hermosa is also an ideal starting point for setting out on a short drive to the beautiful beach of Fondachello, Taormina, Etna and Catania. Further south are Syracuse, Vendicari and the evocative baroque towns of the Val di Noto.
