Overview

The villa is made up from the entrance of a beautiful patio adorned with fragrant jasmine, then a contemporary style living room, a second comfortable living room with a fireplace which opens with large windows onto the terrace, the swimming pool, and this very beautiful view of the “Escalet” bay.

The dining room faces the sea view and the kitchen if fully equipped. A double kitchen is available for larger dinners.

There are four bedrooms with bathrooms and a cinema room with two sofa beds with a separate shower room, therefore ideally sleeping eight but can accommodate two additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large bay window that opens onto the sea view, TV, air conditinoing, and its complete bathroom. 

The “Asia” bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning, and a complete bathroom. The “White Zen” bedroom has two twin beds or one double bed, air conditioning, and a complete bathroom. The “White and Silver” bedroom has two twins or one double bed, air conditoning, and a complete bathroom. 

A projection cinema room is equipped with 5.1 sound, 3.50 m diagonal screen, 2 sofa beds and bookcase.  There is an additional shower room and separate WC.

Finally, there is a stunning heated swimming pool of 12m x 5m, surrounded by the terrace and its various lounges in order to enjoy this splendid view at any time of the day.
