This villa has a beautiful open plan living room, pure, refined and bright large bay windows that open onto the terrace and the swimming pool. In the back of the living room there is a beautiful dining area and an open fully equipped fitted kitchen.

The staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size 180cm bed with a dressing room, TV, desk and access to a large corner terrace in front of the bedroom. The en suite bathroom has a shower, bath & double sink with a separate WC, and green, neat views, over the roofs of the village and a small sea view from the shower, just to remind you "I'm not far away!"

The second bedroom has a Queen size160cm bed with a dressing room, desk and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. This room has a view to the garden and pool below.

The third bedroom is a Twin bedroom  90cm beds with two single beds, dressing room and a shower with shower, washbasin and WC

The annex, with an independent entrance, has 2 beautiful bedrooms with Queen size 160Cm beds dressing rooms, desks and shower rooms with showers, washbasins and WC’s

Outside, there is a neat garden of 1500 m2 and a heated pool 10 x 5.50m with easy comfy seating area and a dinning area to eat al fresco.

Private parking is also available via electric gates.
