Some of the villa's exciting features include a cinema room, a sauna and a fitness room and there are many other activities ranging from table tennis to the paddleboard, kayaks and wakeboards that are available for guests to use. In addition, boat hire and jet-skiing or parasailing can be arranged during your stay. Water-sports, activity parks, tree-top climbing, go-karting, horse-riding are some of the activities available nearby, as are golf and wine-tours. The Southern France region of Languedoc-Roussillon boasts a distinctive character and Sète, just 5 km from this villa, is a charming fishing village where you can dine in some amazing restaurants, explore the canals or take a boat trip to the lagoon, Étang de Thau, famous for its oysters. Other appealing destinations to explore include Mèze, Pézenas and the city of Montpellier whilst there are many other great seaside towns with brilliant beaches alive with summer activity.
