Villa Elia is a 450 square meter contemporary Villa with wooden/sleek and contemporary design. It includes five bedrooms & seven bathrooms and is located within a secure private gated community. There is a spa completed with sauna and indoor pool and a fully equipped gym featuring Tehnogym Personal Line equipment. The villa also features a fully equipped cinema, stunning panoramic views of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu to Cannes, and Esterel Massif, and an outdoor heated pool.
