The 230 square meter house, located on 1,450 square meters of land gives access to Kervillen beach, 1 minute on foot (50 meters) and 5 minutes by bike from the famous sailing Port de la Trinité.

The villa is ideal for family vacations, long weekends with friends, or family reunions.
