This new construction luxury vacation home is situated between both the Bay and Gulf of Mexico, and it's the perfect home for your beach vacation! Enjoy spectacular views from the rooftop deck at this absolutely amazing 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom property, which comfortably sleeps 18! 

This home features 5 king bedrooms each with an ensuite bath (5 have showers and 1 has a tub), the 6th room has full over full bunk beds, and the 7th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home also has a day bed with a trundle and a queen sleeper sofa, for a little extra sleeping space. 

The first level features an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room has a cozy couch and chairs with a flat-screen TV for family movie time. The kitchen is fully equipped for every chef's dream with all the essentials and high-end appliances, and there is a massive kitchen island with barstool seating as well as a dining table to accommodate your entire group, entertain, and enjoy a home-cooked meal. 

There's even an outdoor dining space off of the living room so you can dine al fresco and enjoy the lovely Florida weather year-round. Every corner of the Beach House is brand new and furnished with professionally chosen decor and all the Florida charm you could want in a beach house! 

When you are not at the beach you can enjoy the private backyard oasis with a heated pool and spa. The pool area entertaining space also features plenty of seating and loungers, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor bar. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy feet! 

There is a garage with guest access on the ground floor equipped with a beach cart ready to carry the provided beach chairs or any other gear you will need for a day at the shore. Or use the space to park cars, golf carts, or bikes.
