This traditional Mediterranean-style villa blends local stone and wood throughout its design, providing a unique and elegant ambiance. Spanning three levels, the villa includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to seven guests (+2). 

The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped professional kitchen, and a dining area. A bathroom with a shower is also on this floor. The living area opens to the lush yard, which boasts a gazebo with dining furniture and an outdoor grill, perfect for enjoying Dalmatian cuisine. 

A spiral wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find one single and two double air-conditioned bedrooms, a cozy central lounge with an LCD TV, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. 

The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, a modern bathroom with a separate bathtub, and a mesmerizing sea view from the window. This floor also has space for an extra bed if needed. 

The villa’s exterior is equally enchanting, with a fragrant Mediterranean garden and a saltwater pool surrounded by deck chairs. The beachfront location allows for immediate access to the sea, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. 

Fully air-conditioned and equipped with heated floors, a fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a massage chair, the villa ensures maximum comfort. The kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, espresso machine, blender, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hair dryer, baby equipment on request, and private parking.
