The villa has a spacious courtyard with a private heated pool (24 m2), sun loungers, an outdoor shower, an outdoor dining table, a barbecue, and a parasol. Thanks to the sliding glass walls, the ground floor of this villa can be reached directly from the courtyard. Upon entering the inside area, you will come across a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and an LCD TV. In addition to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area and there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The villa's internal stairs lead to the first floor where there are 3 king-size bedded rooms with balconies and en-suite bathrooms. Two bathrooms are equipped with showers, and the third has a shower and a bathtub. There is also a gym on this floor.
