All rates are subject to 10% tax and 2.5% service charge. 15% concierge and financial management fee is applied to concierge services (airport fast track, car rental, restaurant booking, babysitters, etc.), not to the rental fee.

Minimum Stay Details
Low Season: 5 nights minimum; High Season: 7 nights minimum; Christmas/New Years: 10 nights minimum. Minimum night stay may vary. Please contact a villa specialist to confirm. Note: 7 nights may be accepted for either Christmas or New Years for the 2025/2026 season.
