P20 sunscreen is not allowed. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that is not visible until laundered. It is the guests responsibility to check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. The guest will be charged up to USD $50 per damaged towel or up to USD $300 per damaged sheet or coverlet

Rental Rates are nightly and are subject to 10% Shared Economy Levy + 2.5% Service Fee.

Effective 1st May 2026, all guests age 16+ staying in a Royal Westmoreland home with either Social or Full Membership will be required to pay a fee of US $10 per person, per day at the time of registration to collect their cards to gain access to the amenities. Payments are to be made to Royal Westmoreland directly by the guests. It is mandatory to all guests wishing to use the facilities.
